We are seeking a Receptionist with at least 2 years experience to join our client in Tullamarine. Must be available to start ASAP.
This role will be casual to begin with and can be reviewed as early as June for a full time position. Hours are as follows.
Mon-Wed : 8am-6pm
The successful applicant will be a professional, well-presented candidate who maintains a pleasant demeanour at all times. Previous Reception and admin/bookkeeping experience in a fast paced environment will be essential and understanding the importance of managing your time effectively as well as being able to prioritize a number of tasks at once.
Daily Duties will include;
Answer incoming calls and refer them to the appropriate staff member.
Organise incoming and outgoing mail
Meet and greet clients
Ensure Reception area is kept clean and tidy.
Data entry of invoices and payments
Reconciliation of daily credit cards
Any ad hoc duties
Provide a high standard of Customer Service
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to communicate professionally at all times
Ability to work within a team as well as independently
Strong computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office)
Proven ability to plan, work and manage time
A “can do” attitude, hands on and practical.
