Job Description

Excited to share that we are on the lookout for a Customer Onboarding Implementation Manager. This role holds a critical accountability within the end to end Global Express customer onboarding process; with a key focus on ensuring effective operational onboarding, compliance and post implementation review for high value new and extension business. We are interested to speak with applications who have had extensive project management experience as well as managing multiple stakeholders ensuring accountability and commitment to timelines. Experience project managing the onboarding of customers within a Transport environment would be highly advantageous but not essential.

Day to day responsibilities could include:
Lead implementation planning sessions, including efficient coordination, liaison & management of stakeholders within critical implementation path
On-going engagement & collaboration across the GE business units and CO team to drive onboarding quality & velocity
Ensuring operational assessment outcomes are rapidly incorporated into tender & proposal documents
Ensuring customer go lives meet deadlines
Work closely, professionally, and effectively across all levels of the GE business to deliver outcomes
Collation of operational assessment and other key compliance documentation and datasets

Experience Required

Previous experience in a similar role with at least 2-3 years project management/coordination experience
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Power Point with experience using CRM. Power BI experience is advantageous
High degree of self-discipline to work independently where required & prioritise
Ability to gather, organise, interpret, collate and retrieve data from multiple sources
Advanced interpersonal, written and numerical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent ability to function co-operatively and contribute as part of a broader team
