The Ideal BackgroundYou must have related industry experience of at least 5 years (preferable) with a high level of English and industry experience in a fast moving competitive environment. An exciting opportunity for an experienced Solutions Process Engineer (Industrial), with exceptional people influencing skills and proven track record to join Bollore Group in Melbourne. 


  • Review production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.
  • Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issue Support solutions team with new project tender and technical solution building
  • WMS technical support for the site and handling operation support related to IT
  • Developing reports and statistics for the site operation team for decision making
  • Review process of existing operation to Improve efficiency and productivity
  • Test and deploy enhancement for new process request
  • oracle DBMS (Database Management System), develop, test, deploy business statistics and analytics reports in IBM Cognos and warehouse operation data analysis using SQL codes.
  • WMS (Warehouse Management System) project initiatives and co-ordinate with regional IT team for implementation of new process in site and monitor daily transaction of projects.
  • New projects to design and develop technical solutions
  • Reviewing processes of existing operations in persistent efforts to consistently improving efficiencies, productivities and customer satisfaction
  • Process re-engineering for recurrent process, analyse with recommendations for improvement (time motion study & data analysis)look for cost effective solutions & automations
  • Review WMS and reporting capabilities to explore improvement opportunities through efficient information flow & visualizations and work with WMS team to deliver changes

Qualifications / Skills

  • Masters Degree
  • At least 5 years work experience in similar field(s)
  • Strong Verbal / Written English Communication Skills
  • SAP(MM & WM module)
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Tableau software, Power BI and IBM Cognos
  • Oracle SQL(DBMS)
